How to Pay
We accept all major Credit Cards, Laser or other Debit Cards, Cheque and Cash. All credit card transactions are subject to €1.00 credit card fee (for bookings in person or on phone). Online bookings are subject to €1.75 booking fee per ticket purchased. Laser Cards and Concession rate tickets are not available online. Please contact our box office for more information
Concessions
Concession rate tickets are available for selected events and apply to senior citizens, students, registered disabled, unemployed, children and Patrons of Solstice. To avail of concessions, appropriate ID is required
Reservation Policy
We do not reserve seats without payment or deposit. It is advisable to book in advance to avoid disappointment
Refund Policy
Tickets are not refundable once purchased unless the event is cancelled.
Latecomers Policy
It is advisable to arrive at least 15 - 20 minutes before the performance is due to commence. Latecomers will not be allowed into the auditorium until an appropriate break in the performance. Please note that this maybe at the interval.

Please Note you cannot choose specific seating with online bookings. The system will choose the best seats available at time of booking.

Children
Children under the age of 2 can be seated on parent's or guardian's knees for free. Children over this age must have their own seat for Health and Saftey purposes.
Accessibility
Solstice is accessible for people with disabilities including designated seating within the auditorium, lift to gallery and toilets and specially adapted w.c. The auditorium is also fitted with an induction loop. Those patrons with hearing aids should switch their device to the T position whilst in the auditorium to get the maximum benefit. If you wish to book a wheelchair accessible seat or have any further requirements, please contact our box office in advance of your visit.
